How you run a club with ATPenn
- Set up your clubWe open it for you with your name, logo and colors.
- Invite playersSend a join link on WhatsApp. Players sign up and you approve each one with a tap.
- Open gamesOne game or a fixed weekly schedule: day, time, court, level, singles or doubles. Players get a notification and sign up themselves.
- Games fill up on their ownWhen a game fills up, its players are notified. A game that is missing a player is suggested to players who fit it.
- Results and rankingPlayers enter the score after the game; the ranking, statistics and table update right away. Only managers can correct a result.
- Member balancesRecord payments, see who is below zero, and players below zero get a reminder with your club's payment link.
- TournamentsKnockout or groups, the draw, a court and time schedule, and results that update for everyone.

Pricing
Players subscribe monthly in the App Store or Google Play: $3.99 a month in the US. Club managers have a manager plan: $69.99 a month in the US. Prices vary by country and are shown in the store before you buy.
ATPenn does not take a cut of your court fees and does not book courts. It runs the club around the courts you already have.

Email support@npcoding.com with your club's name and logo. We open the club for you; then you invite players with a link and approve them in the app.

Yes. Players have a monthly subscription in the App Store or Google Play ($3.99 a month in the US; prices vary by country). Club managers have a manager plan.
Does ATPenn book courts?
No. ATPenn organizes the club around the courts you already have: games, sign-ups, results, rankings, tournaments, balances and chat.
Which languages does the app speak?
English, Hebrew, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. Every player picks their own language.
