המדיניות הזאת מסבירה איזה מידע האפליקציה ATPenn - Tennis Club אוספת, למה, עם מי הוא משותף, ואיך מוחקים אותו. ATPenn היא אפליקציה למועדוני טניס, פאדל ופיקלבול: קביעת משחקים והרשמה אליהם, תוצאות ודירוג, טורנירים, צ'אט של המועדון והימורים במטבעות וירטואליים (בלי כסף אמיתי).
1. איזה מידע נאסף
- פרטי חשבון: שם, כתובת מייל וסיסמה, או התחברות עם Google או Apple.
- פרופיל שחקן: שם מלא, כינוי, מספר טלפון, תאריך לידה, גובה, יד חזקה, רמה, תמונת פרופיל ותמונת רקע, והמועדונים שאליהם הצטרפת.
- פעילות במועדון: משחקים שנרשמת אליהם, תוצאות, דירוג וסטטיסטיקות, טורנירים, פרסים, קלפי שחקנים, והימורים ומטבעות וירטואליים.
- תוכן ששולחים: הודעות בצ'אט, ותמונות, סרטונים והקלטות קול שבוחרים לשלוח. המצלמה, המיקרופון וגלריית התמונות נפתחים רק כשמשתמשים בהם לשליחה או לתמונת פרופיל.
- אישור רפואי: אם המועדון מבקש לטורניר, אפשר להעלות צילום של אישור רפואי. ההעלאה היא לבחירתך, והאישור משמש את מנהלי המועדון כדי לאשר השתתפות בטורניר.
- הצהרת בריאות: אישור התקנון כולל הצהרה על כשירות לפעילות ספורטיבית. נשמרים רק האישור והתאריך שבו ניתן.
- התראות: מזהה התראות (push token) של המכשיר והגדרות ההתראות שבחרת.
- מנוי: סטטוס המנוי, מזהה המוצר ותאריך התפוגה. התשלום עצמו מתבצע ב-App Store או ב-Google Play. אנחנו לא מקבלים ולא שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי.
- פרטים טכניים: אזור הזמן של המכשיר וגרסת האפליקציה, כדי להציג שעות נכונות ולהציע עדכון.
האפליקציה לא אוספת מיקום, לא ניגשת לאנשי הקשר, לא מציגה פרסומות ולא משתמשת בכלי מעקב או פרסום של צד שלישי.
2. למה משתמשים במידע
- להפעיל את החשבון ואת המועדון: הרשמה למשחקים, תוצאות, דירוג, טורנירים וצ'אט.
- לשלוח התראות שביקשת, למשל על משחק שנפתח, הודעה חדשה או תזכורת להזין תוצאה.
- לאפשר למנהלי המועדון לאשר חברים ולנהל משחקים וטורנירים.
- לנהל את המנוי ולבדוק שהוא פעיל.
- לשמור על אבטחה, למנוע שימוש לרעה ולטפל בתקלות.
לא מוכרים מידע אישי ולא משתמשים בו לפרסום.
3. מי רואה את המידע
- חברי המועדון: רואים את השם, הכינוי, תמונת הפרופיל, התוצאות, הדירוג, הסטטיסטיקות וההודעות בצ'אט של המועדון.
- מנהלי המועדון: רואים גם את מספר הטלפון ואת המייל של חברי המועדון, כדי ליצור קשר ולנהל את המועדון.
- ספקי שירות שעובדים בשבילנו: Google Firebase ו-Google Cloud (שרתים, מסד נתונים, אחסון קבצים והתחברות), Expo (משלוח התראות), RevenueCat (ניהול מנויים), ו-Apple ו-Google (התחברות ותשלום). הם מעבדים את המידע רק כדי לתת את השירות. השרתים יכולים להיות מחוץ לישראל.
- שיתוף שאת/ה יוזמים: כשמשתפים משחק, תוצאה או דירוג (למשל בוואטסאפ), נשלחים הטקסט והקישור שבחרת לשתף.
- חובה חוקית: נמסור מידע אם החוק מחייב זאת.
4. שמירה ומחיקה
- המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל.
- אפשר למחוק את החשבון מתוך האפליקציה: הגדרות ← מחיקת חשבון. החשבון נסגר, הוא לא מוצג יותר במועדון, וההתראות למכשיר נעצרות.
- כדי למחוק גם את כל המידע השמור (פרופיל, תמונות, הודעות ואישור רפואי), כותבים ל-support@npcoding.com מהמייל של החשבון. נמחק את המידע תוך 30 יום. תוצאות של משחקים משותפים יכולות להישאר בטבלאות של המועדון בלי פרטים מזהים.
- אפשר גם לבקש עותק של המידע או לתקן אותו באותה כתובת.
5. אבטחה
המידע עובר בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS) ונשמר בשרתי Google Cloud עם הרשאות גישה. אין שיטה מאובטחת לחלוטין, אבל אנחנו מגבילים את הגישה למידע רק למי שצריך אותו.
6. ילדים
האפליקציה מיועדת לשחקנים מגיל 13 ומעלה. אם נודע לנו שנאסף מידע של ילד מתחת לגיל 13 בלי הסכמת הורה, נמחק אותו.
7. שינויים
אם המדיניות תשתנה, נעדכן את הדף הזה ואת התאריך שבראשו. על שינוי מהותי נודיע באפליקציה.

This policy explains what information the ATPenn - Tennis Club app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to delete it. ATPenn is an app for tennis, padel and pickleball clubs: scheduling and joining games, results and rankings, tournaments, a club chat, and bets with virtual coins (no real money).
1. Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address and password, or sign-in with Google or Apple.
- Player profile: full name, nickname, phone number, date of birth, height, dominant hand, level, profile and cover photos, and the clubs you join.
- Club activity: games you join, results, ranking and statistics, tournaments, awards, player cards, and bets and virtual coins.
- Content you send: chat messages, and the photos, videos and voice recordings you choose to send. The camera, microphone and photo library are used only when you send something or set a profile photo.
- Medical certificate: if your club asks for one for a tournament, you can upload a photo of a medical certificate. This is optional; club managers use it to approve tournament entries.
- Health declaration: accepting the terms includes a declaration of fitness for sports. We store only that you accepted it and when.
- Notifications: your device's push token and your notification settings.
- Subscription: subscription status, product ID and expiry date. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store card details.
- Technical details: your device's time zone and the app version, to show correct times and offer updates.
The app does not collect location, does not access contacts, shows no ads, and uses no third-party tracking or advertising tools.
2. How we use it
- To run your account and your club: game sign-ups, results, rankings, tournaments and chat.
- To send notifications you asked for, such as a new game, a new message or a reminder to enter a result.
- To let club managers approve members and manage games and tournaments.
- To manage your subscription and check that it is active.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
3. Who can see it
- Club members: your name, nickname, profile photo, results, ranking, statistics and messages in the club chat.
- Club managers: also your phone number and email, to contact members and run the club.
- Service providers working for us: Google Firebase and Google Cloud (servers, database, file storage and sign-in), Expo (notification delivery), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple and Google (sign-in and payment). They process data only to provide the service. Servers may be located outside Israel.
- Sharing you start: when you share a game, result or ranking (for example on WhatsApp), the text and link you chose are sent.
- Legal requirements: we will disclose information if the law requires it.
4. Retention and deletion
- We keep your information while your account is active.
- You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account. The account is closed, no longer shown in the club, and notifications to your device stop.
- To also delete all stored information (profile, photos, messages and medical certificate), email support@npcoding.com from your account's email address. We will delete it within 30 days. Results of shared games may remain in club tables without identifying details.
- You can also ask for a copy of your information or ask us to correct it at the same address.
5. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google Cloud servers with access controls. No method is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it.
6. Children
The app is intended for players aged 13 and over. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 13 without a parent's consent, we will delete it.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will announce material changes in the app.
