How a club runs on ATPenn

  1. Set up your clubWe open it for you with your name, logo, your courts and your time zone.
  2. Invite playersSend a join link by text or email. Players sign up and you approve each one with a tap.
  3. Open gamesOne game or a weekly schedule: day, time, court, level (2.5 to 5.0), singles or doubles. Players get a notification and sign up themselves.
  4. Games fill upIn the morning the club hears about today's games, and members who are not in a game that is missing a player are asked to fill it.
  5. Scores and rankingPlayers enter the score after the game: games to 11, 15 or 21, won by 2, best of three. The ranking updates right away.
  6. Round robinsGroups and a knockout, the draw, courts and times, and results that update for everyone.
  7. Member balancesRecord payments in CA$ and see who is below zero. Players below zero get a reminder with your club's payment link.

ATPenn takes no cut of your fees and does not book courts. It runs the club around the courts you already use.

Does ATPenn keep pickleball scores?

Yes. Games to 11, 15 or 21, won by 2, best of three. The ranking updates as soon as the score is in.

Is it in French?

Yes. Every player picks English, French or one of six other languages.

How do I set up my club?

Email support@npcoding.com with your club's name, logo and courts. We open the club for you; then you invite players with a link and approve them in the app.

Do players pay?

Yes. A monthly subscription in the App Store or Google Play: CA$4.99 a month in Canada. Club managers have a manager plan at CA$99.99 a month.
